Ouro Preto & Mariana Tour

From your hotel in Belo Horizonte, we will pick you up at the indicated time to travel to two important historical cities in Minas Gerais. The first stop will be in Ouro Preto, a World Heritage Site. We will enjoy a guided tour of the historic centre, seeing monuments such as the church of São Francisco de Assis and the minor basilica of Nossa Senhora do Pilar.

We will continue the tour passing by the Casa dos Contos Museum and walking along the Rua Direita. Afterwards, you will have one hour at leisure for lunch in the old town.

Next, we'll head towards Mariana. During our walk in this picturesque municipality, we will see several monuments from the colonial period, including the Prison Chamber and House, the Cathedral, and the Basilica of Nossa Senhora da Assunção. After learning about the history of Mariana and its main colonial monuments, we will return to Belo Horizonte, arriving about 10 hours later.
