If you're in Belo Horizonte, you cannot miss this excursion to the Sanctuary of Caraça, one of the great centers of worship in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais.

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Belo Horizonte and drive south towards the Caraça Sanctuary. We will first stop at the Caraça Park for a short 2 km walk, enjoying the landscapes of Cachoeira Cascatinha, which is part of the geological complex Cânions de Capitólio, featuring several waterfalls.

After the walk, we will have an hour for lunch at a local restaurant. Following lunch, we will visit the cultural complex of the Sanctuary of Caraça, where you will have about two hours to explore the various buildings and monuments within the complex, including a church, library, gardens, and catacombs housing the remains of the founder of the Colégio do Caraça.

Finally, we will return to Belo Horizonte, with arrival at your hotel scheduled 11 hours after pickup.
