A short stop will be made at a local restaurant for breakfast before continuing to São João del Rei. Here, we will explore the key monuments in the old town, including four main churches: Pilar, Nossa Senhora da Conceição, Carmo, and São Francisco de Assis.

After the guided tour of São João del Rei, you will have an hour free for lunch in the historic center. After lunch, we will depart for Tiradentes, a significant historical city in Minas Gerais.

During the visit to Tiradentes, we will discuss its namesake, a republican leader, and learn more as we explore its streets. Key sites include the fountain of São José, the church of Santo Antônio, and the Casa do Padre Toledo.
