At the indicated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Belo Horizonte, and from there we'll drive south. We'll make a short stop at a local restaurant for breakfast, then continue to São João del Rei. We'll discover the town's outstanding monuments while walking through its old town, visiting the main temples: the churches of Pilar, Nossa Senhora da Conceição, Carmo and São Francisco de Assis.

After the guided tour of São João del Rei, you'll have an hour free for lunch in the historic center. Following lunch, we'll depart for the nearby town of Tiradentes, a key historical city in Minas Gerais.

We'll learn about Tiradentes, named after a republican leader, and see notable sites like the fountain of São José, the church of Santo Antônio, and the Casa do Padre Toledo, a historical residence. At the end of the guided tour of Tiradentes, we'll return to your hotel in Belo Horizonte, arriving after a total of 14 hours.
