Elqui Valley Pisco Tour

Learn all about the most famous Chilean spirit on this pisco tour through the Elqui Valley. We'll visit two pisqueras with tastings included.

Tour Details

After picking you up at your hotel in La Serena, we'll head to the Elqui Valley. Our first stop will be at the Pisquera Aba, known for its artisanal production. During the tour of the fields, distillery, and warehouse, we will learn about the origins and classification of pisco.

Next, we will visit the Pisco Capel Cooperative, where we will participate in a guided tour of the facilities to understand the intricate process of pisco production. We will also explore the Pisco Museum and the Auditorio de la Asamblea and Salón de las Medallas. The visit will conclude with a tasting of 6 piscos paired with regional products from the Elqui Valley, including the special ritual of Chilean Pisco from Casa Capel.

We will then enjoy a 3-course lunch featuring a starter, main course, and dessert made with seasonal products from Elqui. After lunch, we will return to La Serena.

Finally, we'll say goodbye at your hotel, approximately 8 hours after pickup.
