Learn all about the most famous Chilean spirit on this pisco tour through the Elqui Valley. We'll visit two pisqueras with tastings included.

Tour Details

After picking you up at your hotel in La Serena, we'll head west to the Elqui Valley. First, we'll visit Pisquera Aba, noted for its artisanal production. You'll tour the fields, distillery, and warehouse while learning about the origins of pisco.

Next, we will proceed to the Pisco Capel Cooperative for a guided tour of the facilities, where you’ll learn about the production process.

We will then visit the Pisco Museum, including the Auditorio de la Asamblea and the Salón de las Medallas. The tour concludes with a tasting of 6 piscos paired with a board of regional products and the ritual of Chilean Pisco from Casa Capel.

To finish the day, we'll enjoy a typical restaurant meal featuring a 3-course lunch that includes a starter, main course, and dessert with seasonal products from Elqui. After lunch, we will return to La Serena.

We will conclude the tour at your hotel, approximately 8 hours after pickup.
