Your guided tour will begin with the Cordoba Mosque-Cathedral, the city’s most famous monument and a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1984. You will explore its interior and learn about its history.

The tour continues in the Jewish Quarter, a historic neighborhood that was home to the Jewish community from the 10th to 15th centuries. The route includes a visit to the Souk and the Synagogue, the only one in Cordoba to survive persecution.

The tour concludes at the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, a 14th-century fortress-palace that was the residence of Queen Isabella I of Castile and King Ferdinand II of Aragon. You will explore its rooms and gardens, learning about historical events that occurred there.

Important information

Depending on availability, you may be unable to enter the Synagogue; instead, you will visit the Caliphal Baths. These baths are archaeological reminders of Medieval Muslim Cordoba.

The Fernandine churches are not open on weekends.The towers are open for individual visits after the guided tour.
