Description
On the evening of your wine tasting tour, meet your guide in Calle Moriscos, near the Palacio de Viana. This area of Cordoba is filled with local bars and eateries, making it ideal for understanding local gastronomy.
Inside one of the city's specialist wine shops, you'll enjoy a tasting of wines from the Montilla-Moriles region, a "denominación de origen" in southern Cordoba. An expert sommelier will explain the nuances of each wine you try, enhancing your appreciation of their properties, aromas, and tastes.
You will sample a total of 4 different wines, including two "fino", an "oloroso", and one made from Pedro Ximénez grapes. Each wine will be paired with a different tapas dish.
