Cork Bike Tour
At the appointed time we'll meet at 34 St Patrick's Quay, from where we'll start our tour of the city. Following a gentle pace, we'll cycle along the River Lee while discovering the maritime past of Cork. We will cycle through streets of colourful houses and wide parks, uncovering the highlights of the city.
During the bike tour, we'll make stops at iconic points such as St. Patrick's Bridge, Emmet Place Street, Fitzgeralds Park, and the University College campus. We will also visit Elizabeth Fort, a 17th-century fortification, and Grand Parade, one of Cork's main avenues. Here we'll learn about the history of the city, from its beginnings as a Christian settlement through its Viking era to the present day.
This three-hour bike tour of Cork will conclude with a return to the starting point.
