West Cork Tour

Our adventure begins in the morning, as we gather at St Patrick's Quay, in front of the Mary Elmes bridge at 9 am. We will depart from the bustling city of Cork and set off into the enchanting countryside, eager to uncover some of Ireland's most stunning vistas. Prepare to capture unforgettable moments with your camera!

Our first destination will be the western region of County Cork, one of the last remaining havens of ancient Ireland. This area is teeming with charming villages, pristine beaches, dramatic coastal cliffs, and lush hills, offering a variety of breathtaking landscapes. Our journey will commence with a visit to the rugged cliffs of Mizen Head, where you'll be able to enjoy breathtaking ocean views.

As we progress, we'll pass through enchanting villages such as Clonakilty, revealing their storybook allure. Upon arriving at Gougane Barra Forest Park, we will take the chance to wander along its vibrant green pathways and admire the renowned Church of St. Finbarr.

Next, our exploration will lead us to the town of Bantry. Here, we will delve into its historic center, learning about its rich heritage while appreciating the colorful architecture that adorns the streets. You will then have an hour of free time to enjoy lunch in Bantry.

After a day filled with discovery in West Cork, we will board the bus once again and make our way back to the original departure point in Cork, where we aim to return around 6 pm.
