Mendoza Argentine Asado Dinner

Mendoza's food offers an authentic taste of Argentine culture with an Asado in a local house.

What to Expect

This gastronomic experience occurs in a private house in Mendoza, located at Avenida Ejército de los Andes, 346, where participants will gather at the specified time.

The house features a panoramic terrace with views of Mendoza and the Andes Mountains. While awaiting the barbecue, guests will prepare homemade Argentine empanadas and engage in conversation.

After making and tasting the empanadas, participants will enjoy a traditional Argentine Asado, which includes morcilla, chorizo, matambre de cerdo, and rib eye steak. The meal will be paired with Malbec red wine.

The experience lasts 4 hours and concludes with a dessert of dulce de leche and a toast with fernet.
