As the moonlight bathes the landscape, nature takes on a unique charm. Join us on this night tour of the Talampaya National Park, one of La Rioja's protected areas.
Description
We will meet at the Talampaya Canyon Operation Center to begin our moonlit adventure through this natural reserve.
The night tour of the Talampaya National Park features views of colossal cliffs, soaring to heights of 170 meters (557 feet). These reddish sandstone formations are illuminated by the moon, creating stunning visual opportunities.
This easy-going hike will reach elevations of up to 1300 meters (4,265 feet) as we traverse a part of the Talampaya Canyon. In this remote corner of Argentina, you will enjoy a clear view of the stars and celestial wonders.
During our night hike, we will explore the various nocturnal species that inhabit this seemingly arid ecosystem, showcasing the remarkable biodiversity of the national park.
After an approximately 3-hour tour, we will conclude our adventure and return to our original meeting point.
