In this chocolate workshop in Cozumel, we'll learn about the origin, uses, and properties of cacao. You'll taste different types of cacao paired with red wine.

Cozumel Chocolate Workshop

At your selected time, we'll meet at the established point on the Carretera Costera Sur. From there, we will walk to a terrace in Cozumel with ocean views to participate in a chocolate workshop.

During the activity, we'll learn about the origins of cacao and explore the ancient techniques used by the Mayas and Aztecs to make chocolate bars.

As part of the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to make your own chocolate bar using traditional methods. We will also conduct a tasting of various cacao types paired with red wine.

Additionally, we will experience the use of cacao beyond confectionery by tasting a chocolate martini. The workshop will conclude after two hours of exploring different cacao flavors.
