Why Learn to Surf in Cozumel?

The adventure begins with a pick-up at your hotel in Cozumel or the cruise ship terminal. We will go to Playa Bonita in the south of the island. After arriving, we will take our boards and equipment for an exciting surfing lesson. The session starts with a brief theoretical session on the sand, where you'll learn about the board, techniques, and postures. Following this, we will enter the water to practice how to sit on the boards and gradually move. You'll receive guidance from the instructor on when to catch the wave.

Once you've caught your first waves, you'll learn how to stand up and maintain balance, and how to fall safely. Each moment at sea will be a significant step in your learning process. After the surfing experience, the activity concludes with a return to your hotel, wrapping up 3 hours of adventure.

Number of Classes

When booking your surf course, choose between one, three, or five lessons. For those opting for three or five lessons, the first lesson will occur at your booked time. You can coordinate the schedule for subsequent classes with the instructor on the day of your first lesson.
