Scuba Diving in Rainbow River

Turtles, manatees, fish, and even otters! In this Rainbow River diving activity, we'll explore the crystal clear waters of this area of Florida and its biodiversity.

Scuba Diving in Rainbow River

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Suncoast Boulevard, where we'll provide the diving equipment. From Crystal River, you'll need to follow the guide in your own vehicle to Dunnellon, where the diving activity will take place.

Upon arrival, we'll put on our wetsuits and receive basic instructions for the dive before entering the water. Rainbow River is recognized for its great biodiversity.

During the dive, we will discover numerous caverns that are home to various types of fish and freshwater turtles. Keep an eye out for manatees swimming around in the early morning.

You will also observe other wildlife and vegetation of the river, benefiting from mild temperatures of around 23ºC throughout the year. The activity will conclude 4 hours later back at the meeting point in Crystal River.
