Day Trip Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and begin the road trip to the north of Mexico City to visit the Villa de Guadalupe, visited by 20 million pilgrims every year in honor of the Virgin of Guadalupe.

At the foot of the Cerro del Tepeyac hill, we'll visit the current Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the second most visited Catholic monument worldwide. We will also stop at the former basilica, now an expiatory church to Cristo Rey. Next, we'll ascend the Cerro del Tepeyac on a steep staircase to the Capilla del Cerrito, where the Virgin of Guadalupe first appeared.

We'll then arrive at the Capilla del Pocito (Chapel of the Little Well), known for its healing properties. Finally, we will return to your hotel in Mexico City, concluding the tour 4 hours later.
