Bernal and Tequisquiapan Day Trip

Explore the town of Bernal and climb one of the world's largest monoliths, while also visiting the village of Tequisquiapan and its traditional handicrafts.

Bernal and Tequisquiapan Day Trip

At 7:40 am, we will meet in Mexico City and board a minibus to head to Bernal. After a two and a half hour journey, we will arrive at the Peña de Bernal, the third-largest monolith in the world.

Once we arrive, there will be free time to visit the Peña de Bernal. You can climb this solidified lava formation and explore the village of Bernal, where lunch can be obtained.

After lunch, we will depart for the village of Tequisquiapan, known for its handicrafts. You can stroll through the streets and discover the creations of local craftsmen, which include clay, ceramics, silver, opals, basketry, and textiles. You may find a unique souvenir to take home.

After our visit to Tequisquiapan, we will return to Mexico City by minibus, arriving around 6 pm.
