San Miguel de Allende Day Trip

We'll meet at 5:30 am at Hotel Benidorm in Mexico City to begin our day trip to San Miguel de Allende. The journey by minibus will take around four hours.

Upon arrival, we'll visit the La Gruta thermal spa. You'll spend 5 hours enjoying the outdoor medicinal pools and the underground water of a cave. The water temperature can reach up to 40 degrees Celsius.

After relaxing, we'll proceed to the center of San Miguel de Allende, a World Heritage City. Here, we will see the Church of St. Michael the Archangel, the Casa del Mayorazgo de la Canal, and the façade of the Temple of San Francisco, which features baroque, rococo, and churrigueresque styles.

Next, we'll visit a handicraft market with stalls showcasing wool, quarry, papier-mâché, glass, ceramics, and stone items.

Before returning, you'll have an hour of free time to explore and have lunch at a local restaurant.

Finally, we'll head back to Mexico City, with an expected arrival at the meeting point by 11 pm.
