Freixenet Winery & Wine Tasting + Cheese tasting in Cava Bocanegra

Embark on an excursion to Bernal, exploring one of Mexico's Magical Towns on a comprehensive tour with a wine tasting at the renowned Freixenet winery.

Description

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from the meeting point selected during booking. We will travel from Mexico City to the state of Querétaro.

First, we'll visit Tequisquiapan, where you will have about an hour and a half of free time to explore its local handicraft shops.

Next, we’ll go to the Bocanegra Cheese Cellar, receiving a detailed explanation of the cheese aging process over an hour and a half, followed by a tasting of five cheeses paired with a glass of wine.

We will then visit the Freixenet vineyards for a tour and learn about the region's unique winemaking process, including a visit to their cellar, the deepest in Latin America at 25 meters (82 feet) deep.

After a tour lasting about an hour and a half, we'll enjoy a glass of sparkling wine before returning to the starting point, arriving 15 hours later.
