Teotihuacan Bike Tour
Your adventure begins with a pickup from your accommodation in Mexico City at 8 am, leading us to Teotihuacan, celebrated as one of the key urban centers in ancient Mesoamerica. The journey by minibus will last around an hour.
Upon arrival, we will initiate our exploration with a guided walking tour of Teotihuacan, the most frequented archaeological destination in the Americas. As we stroll along the Avenue of the Dead, we will marvel at its grand buildings, an experience that promises to be unforgettable!
Subsequently, we will transition to a 6-mile (10 km) cycling segment, venturing beyond the well-trodden paths of the pyramids to uncover the less explored sections of the site.
Throughout our ride, we will pause briefly to enter a natural cave, gaining insights into the worldview of this remarkable culture. Additionally, we will admire the breathtaking mural paintings that have endured over the centuries.
After completing our bike tour, we will visit an obsidian workshop, where you can observe the craftsmanship involved in working with this coveted stone. We'll also relish the opportunity to taste local culinary delights before making our way back to Mexico City.
