Valle de Bravo Day Trip
At the indicated time, we'll meet in the centre of Mexico City to board a minibus and set off for Valle de Bravo. After a two and a half hour journey, we'll arrive in this town and begin to explore its emblematic places.
We'll start the day at the Carmel Maranatha house of prayer, a convent of the Carmelite Order, where we'll learn about this monument and the Carmelite faith.
Next, we'll visit the Velo de Novia Natural Park to see its waterfall and ascend to a 30-metre high viewpoint to admire the scenery.
Our next stop will be on the shores of Lake Avándaro where we'll have 1h30 to enjoy lunch on our own with views.
With our batteries recharged, we'll visit the Cristo Negro, one of Valle de Bravo's main tourist attractions. The guide will share legends about this iconic symbol of the city.
At the end of the trip, we'll board the minibus for our return to Mexico City, completing a total of 11 hours.
