We'll pick you up at your hotel in Cuenca to commence this journey to the Girón waterfall and Busa Lake. The route from the Tarqui Valley to the cloud forest promises unique natural experiences.

The adventure begins with a scenic drive through Tarqui Valley, known for its cattle ranching. Our first stop is a historically significant site related to Ecuador's struggle for independence, offering stunning Andean views and insights into the country's history.

Next, we visit the Girón waterfall—a wooded area filled with bromeliads, orchids, and mosses. A 20-minute walk through the vegetation leads us to the waterfall, where you can enjoy a dip in its cool waters.

Following this, we head to Busa Lake, where a stroll along its shores provides views of the lagoon and surrounding mountains, allowing for a moment to appreciate Ecuador's natural beauty.

A lunch break follows before we begin our return journey. Seven hours after the start, we'll return to Cuenca, having experienced a day of nature's contrasts.
