Willemstad Guided Tour

At the indicated time, we'll meet at the bus stop in front of Fuerte Rif to set off on our guided tour of Willemstad. We'll start walking through the streets until we reach the Kura Botanica Hotel, where we'll make our first stop to admire its emblematic facade. Afterwards, we'll cross the Queen Emma Bridge for views of the coastline.

Our guided tour will then take us to the historic downtown district, passing by Fort Amsterdam, built in 1635, which is currently used as the Governor's Palace and features a Protestant church at the back of its courtyard.

Next, we'll continue to the old floating market, where goods from Venezuela were once sold. Today, local farmers and fishermen sell fresh products and handicrafts. We will also see the oldest active synagogue in the western hemisphere.

After 2.5 hours of sightseeing, we'll conclude our guided tour in the historic district of Willemstad.
