On this tubing activity down the Negro River, we will enjoy one of the main rivers in Rincón de la Vieja National Park.

Tubing on the Negro River

At your chosen time, we will meet at Hotel Hacienda Guachipelin and then head on horseback to the Negro River.

After a short route through forests, we will reach the riverside, where we will wear helmets and life jackets. An instructor will explain safety rules, and then we will start tubing down the Negro River.

The tubes are individual inflatable rafts that allow us to float safely down the river's current, traveling an exciting 3-mile (5 km) stretch of class II and III rapids.

During the tour, we will also enjoy the scenery of Rincon de la Vieja National Park, known for its lush vegetation and biodiversity.

Finally, after tubing, we will return on horseback to the meeting point, arriving an hour and a half later.
