Lunch or Dinner at Pachapapa
The Imperial City of Cusco's cuisine is based on tradition and tributes to Mother Earth, the Pachamama. The Pachapapa restaurant, which specialises in Cusquenian cuisine, shares this culinary culture through dishes that have been passed down from generation to generation.
The wood-fired oven and rustic clay pots in this old mansion in the San Blas neighbourhood allow a blend of flavours to come together and provide a unique experience for diners. Pachapapa has a variety of typical Cusquenian dishes on offer, such as ají de gallina, ceviche, causa and chicharrones. Meals prepared in its clay oven include guinea pig, suckling pig, and beef oxtail stew. The restaurant also offers homemade pizzas.
