Lunch or Dinner at Pachapapa
Cusco's cuisine is rooted in tradition and tributes to Mother Earth, or Pachamama. Pachapapa specializes in this culinary heritage through dishes passed down through generations. The restaurant utilizes a wood-fired oven and rustic clay pots in an old mansion in the San Blas neighbourhood, allowing for a unique dining experience. It offers a variety of typical Cusquenian dishes like ají de gallina, ceviche, causa and chicharrones. Additionally, diners can enjoy meals prepared in its clay oven, including guinea pig, suckling pig, and beef oxtail stew, along with delicious homemade pizzas.
