Lunch or Dinner at Pachapapa

The cuisine of Cusco is rooted in tradition and tributes to Mother Earth, known as Pachamama. The Pachapapa restaurant, specializing in Cusquenian cuisine, presents culinary traditions through dishes passed down over generations.

With its wood-fired oven and rustic clay pots in an old mansion in the San Blas neighbourhood, Pachapapa offers a unique dining experience. The restaurant features a variety of typical Cusquenian dishes, such as ají de gallina, ceviche, causa, and chicharrones. Additionally, diners can enjoy meals prepared in the clay oven, including guinea pig, suckling pig, and beef oxtail stew, alongside homemade pizzas.
