The cuisine of the Imperial City of Cusco is deeply rooted in tradition and tributes to Mother Earth, known as Pachamama. Pachapapa restaurant specializes in Cusquenian cuisine, sharing recipes passed down through generations.
The establishment uses a wood-fired oven and rustic clay pots in an old mansion located in the San Blas neighbourhood, offering a blend of flavours for a unique dining experience. Pachapapa features a variety of typical Cusquenian dishes, including ají de gallina, ceviche, causa, and chicharrones. Signature meals prepared in the clay oven include guinea pig, suckling pig, and beef oxtail stew. Additionally, the restaurant offers homemade pizzas.
