10-Day Tour of Senegal

Day 1: Pink Lake

Welcome to Senegal! Upon arrival at Blaise Diagne International Airport, you will be picked up and taken to Lac Rose, where you'll stay the first night.

Day 2: Lac Rose - Faoye

After breakfast, we'll visit Pink Lake (Retba) to see its pink waters and salt pans. Following this, we'll head to Faoye near the Salum River for dinner and overnight at a camp.

Day 3: Faoye - Ziguinchor

Travel from Faoye to Ziguinchor includes crossing the Gambia River and visiting a Serer village. Dinner and overnight will be in Ziguinchor.

Day 4: Ziguinchor - Oussouye

After breakfast, explore Ziguinchor, the capital of Casamance, known for its diverse cultures. We will then travel to Oussouye for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Oussouye - Mlomp - Carabane

Explore Oussouye and its Diola traditions, then visit Mlomp before heading to Carabane Island for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Carabane - Seleki

Explore Carabane and enjoy a boat ride, ending the day in Seleki.

Day 7: Seleki - Kaolack

Visit Seleki and learn about Diola architecture. Then, travel to Kaolack for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Kaolack - Salum - Faoye

Begin with a visit to Kaolack's major market and then explore the Salum Delta before resting at a camp in Faoye.

Day 9: Faoye - Fundiougne - Marlodi

Explore Fundiougne and interact with the Niominka people. End the day with dinner in Marlodi.

Day 10: Marlodi - Joal-Fadiouth - Dakar

Visit Joal-Fadiouth before returning to Blaise Diagne International Airport for your departure.
