Pidurangala & Hiriwadunna Private Day Trip

At 7 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Dambulla and head to Pidurangala, our first stop of the day. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes.

Upon arrival in Pidurangala, we’ll explore the monastery featuring a statue of a reclining Buddha. Afterwards, we’ll walk towards Pidurangala Rock, where you’ll see views of Sigiriya and Lion Rock.

After enjoying the views, we’ll visit an area with restaurants, providing you some free time for lunch.

With renewed energy, we’ll head to the village of Hiriwadunna for an authentic experience. We’ll travel through rice paddies in an ox-drawn cart and take a boat ride on the lake.

Finally, we’ll return to your hotel in Dambulla, arriving around 5 pm.
