Pidurangala & Hiriwadunna Private Day Trip

At 7 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Dambulla and head to Pidurangala, our first stop of the day, taking approximately 30 minutes.

Upon arrival in Pidurangala, we’ll explore the monastery featuring a statue of a reclining Buddha at the foot of the mountain. Afterwards, we’ll walk towards Pidurangala Rock, where you’ll experience views of Sigiriya and the Lion Rock.

Following the views, we’ll proceed to a local area with restaurants, allowing time for lunch.

With energy restored, we’ll visit the village of Hiriwadunna for an authentic experience. This includes traveling through rice paddies in an ox-drawn cart and a boat ride on the lake.

After our activities, we’ll return to your hotel in Dambulla by 5 pm.
