Visit the largest natural park in Australia with this excursion to Kakadu National Park from Darwin.
Kakadu National Park Day Trip
The tour meets at 6:30 am at The Esplanade, where we will board a coach to travel approximately three hours east to Kakadu National Park.
Upon arrival, we will explore the highlights of this natural reserve. We will visit the Warradjan Aboriginal Cultural Center to learn about the Bininj tribes, the early inhabitants of the area.
Next, board a boat for a cruise on Yellow Water Billabong, where there is a chance to see the imposing saltwater crocodiles.
After the boat cruise, we will have a delicious lunch at Cooinda Lodge Kakadu.
The tour will conclude with a visit to Nourlangie Rock to view some of the Aboriginal artwork in the region, followed by our return to Darwin, arriving at 7:30 pm.
