Join us to learn about one of the oldest traditions of the Ebro Delta in this seafood fishing workshop in Riumar, which includes a tapa of mussels.

River Ebro Seafood Workshop + Mussel Tasting

We will meet at the specified time on the promenade of Riumar to begin the activity focusing on shellfish fishing.

Participants will have the opportunity to try fishing for shellfish, learning extraction techniques used by fishermen's ancestors and their traditional tools. The activity will provide insights into the various types of shellfish in the area, their reproduction, and their significance in the Ebro Delta Natural Park.

Additionally, we will enjoy a walk along the Riumar beach to Isla Margarita, known for being rich in seafood at the mouth of the Ebro River.

After the walk, participants will savor a tapa of fresh mussels from the Ebro Delta, accompanied by a beer, soft drink, or glass of wine from Tierra Alta, in a beachfront restaurant setting.

We will conclude our 2-hour experience by returning to the meeting point to say goodbye.
