Join us to learn about one of the oldest traditions of the Ebro Delta in this seafood fishing workshop in Riumar. Participants will enjoy a tapa of mussels.

River Ebro Seafood Workshop + Mussel Tasting

We will meet at the designated time on the promenade of Riumar to begin our activity focused on shellfish fishing.

As part of this workshop, you will have the opportunity to try shellfish fishing using extraction techniques developed by fishermen's ancestors. We will also explore ancient tools and gather information about the various types of shellfish in the area, including their reproduction and significance in the Ebro Delta Natural Park.

We will take a walk along the beach of Riumar, reaching Isla Margarita, a rich seafood area at the mouth of the Ebro River.

After the walk, we will enjoy a tapa of fresh mussels from the Ebro Delta, accompanied by a beer, a soft drink, or a glass of wine from Tierra Alta in a beachfront restaurant.

Finally, we will return to the meeting point to conclude the experience after a total of 2 hours.
