Set sail along the stunning Mediterranean shoreline and uncover the enchanting island of Kekova, a true hidden treasure in Turkey that promises to captivate you. Experience the allure of its clear waters and learn about its intriguing past as 'the sunken city.'

Kekova Island Boat Excursion

The adventure begins at 10 am at the harbor in Demre. Following a brief introduction, we will embark on our boat at 10:30 am, initiating our journey to Kekova Island, one of Turkey’s best-kept secrets.

After an hour of sailing, we will dock at Kalekoy, where you can enjoy thirty minutes of leisure to explore this historic village. Once you return to the boat, we’ll navigate towards Simena Castle, granting you over an hour to independently explore this majestic fortress. You will also have the opportunity to see the ruins of ancient Mediterranean towns submerged as a result of volcanic activity that took place in the 2nd century.

At 1:30 pm, we’ll proceed to Gokkaya Bay, your chance to refresh yourself with a swim in the crystal-clear waters. Following your dip, a satisfying lunch featuring a main course, salad, and dessert awaits you.

Once reenergized, we’ll set off for Pirates Cave and Karemlik Bay, an area famous for its turtle population.

The excursion will conclude with our return to Demre Harbor, expected at 5 pm.
