Kekova Kayak Experience

At the designated meeting point, located at number 29 Kaleüça??z Köyü Yolu, we will commence this kayaking adventure in Kekova and set off into its crystal-clear waters. Let’s begin our paddling journey!

Once we are equipped with life jackets and have familiarized ourselves with the kayaks, we will launch from Üça?iz beach. Paddling southwest along the stunning coastline, we will head towards the island of Kekova, eventually reaching Tersane Bay, where we can take a delightful swim.

Our journey continues over the fascinating sunken city of Kekova. In this protected site, we will discuss its historical significance, observe the ruins, and capture photos from this exceptional vantage point.

Afterward, we'll paddle towards Simena Castle, where we will disembark to explore the area surrounding the fortress. We will also take a moment to visit the necropolis and appreciate the natural beauty around us. If you prefer not to enter the castle, there will be an opportunity to unwind by the bay and swim in the inviting turquoise waters.

Our final destination will be Theimussa, where remarkable Lycian sarcophagi have been discovered. You are sure to be astonished!

The kayak experience will conclude in Kekova, with our return to the starting location after an enriching 4-hour adventure.
