Denver Guided Tour
At the scheduled time, we'll meet in front of the Colorado Veterans Memorial in Lincoln Memorial Park to begin our guided tour of Denver.
From this central location, we'll explore the park and visit the Colorado State Capitol, learning about the founding of the city of the Great Plains.
Next, we'll head to Downtown to see the historic Brown Palace Hotel, built in the 1890s, which was a gathering place for elite classes. We will also discuss tales of gambling and speakeasies in the area.
Our next stop is Lower Downtown (LoDo), the trendiest neighborhood in Denver, where we will view contemporary art.
Finally, we'll arrive at Union Square, the city's most prominent train station, where we will conclude our two-hour guided tour of Denver.
