Description
Meet us at the Guardian Building at the designated time to kick off our tour, which will take you to Detroit's top attractions.
We'll start by discussing the roots of Michigan's largest city while marveling at two iconic buildings, the Guardian Building and the Penobscot Building. From here, we'll walk to Campus Martius Park, a true gem of the city. We'll uncover its story and significance.
Our following destination is the Renaissance Center, a collection of impressive skyscrapers. After delving into factual information about these seven structures, we'll head towards Hart Plaza, an open esplanade at the intersection of Woodward and Jefferson avenues.
Close by, the Detroit River offers a view of the United States-Canada border. We'll also explore the rich histories of Detroit's cultural institutions, culminating our guided tour at Library Street after a captivating two-and-a-half-hour journey.
