Tour Overview
Your journey begins at 9 am, with a pickup from your hotel in a rugged all-terrain vehicle, launching us into the wilderness surrounding western Munnar. Prepare to be dazzled by waterfalls, tea estates, flowing streams, and charming villages along the way.
Our initial destination will be the Lakshmi tea estates, where we will pause at several viewing points to soak in the stunning scenery of rolling hills and lush fields—a truly postcard-worthy scene!
Next, we will transition from the agricultural landscape to the cinematic realm. While in the jeep, we will visit iconic sites from 'A Love Affair', one of Bollywood's top-grossing films, making for an enticing glimpse into the film industry.
Our journey proceeds to the Viripara Waterfalls, a highlight of the Kallar River. Here, we will explore the waterfall's natural beauty and venture into a small spice garden, where you will learn about the cultivation of cinnamon, pepper, and other fragrant spices.
If you're eager to spot elephants in Munnar, the Anakulam viewpoint offers some of the best opportunities to see these sacred giants of India, providing ample chances for memorable photographs!
Continuing our journey westward in Munnar, we will take a refreshing swim at the secret waterfalls that are sure to enchant you. Prepare for some excitement as we navigate a river in our off-road vehicle and pay a visit to the 33 and Perumankuthu waterfalls.
Before concluding our adventure, we will stop at a village near Eravikulam National Park, where you'll gain insight into local life in traditional wooden homes and discover their unique customs.
Our excursion will wrap up around 8:30 pm, followed by your return to the hotel.
