Description

Meet at the main square of McLeod Ganj in Dharamsala to begin the hiking adventure through Triund. The journey leads to the foothills of the Himalayas, offering views from a notable vantage point.

The hike traverses a dense pine forest, following a marked trail. The hike will last approximately 3 to 4 hours, culminating at Triund. Along the way, there are small tea stalls for breaks and traditional snacks.

Upon reaching Triund, we will be in a picturesque alpine meadow with panoramic views of the Dhauladhar peaks and the Kangra Valley. Participants will have free time for independent lunch and photography.

After a brief break, the descent back to McLeod Ganj will commence. Participants can either retrace the original route or explore the mountain ridge leading to the Bhagsu Nag temple, depending on preference.
