9-Day Trip to Syria & Lebanon

On this 9-day trip across Syria and Lebanon, we will visit the best spots in these Middle Eastern countries. We'll start in Damascus and end in Beirut.

Trip Details

Day 1: Damascus

Upon arrival at the Damascus Airport, assistance with entry procedures will be provided. You will then be transferred to the hotel in the city for your stay.

Day 2: Damascus

The trip begins exploring Damascus. First, we will visit the National Archaeological Museum, followed by the Al-Azm Palace, the Mausoleum of Saladin, and the Umayyad Mosque. We'll also see Straight Street, the Saint Ananias House, and the Chapel of Saint Paul, along with the local souqs. The day concludes back at the hotel.

Day 3: Damascus - Maaloula - Krak des Chevaliers - Homs

After breakfast, we depart for Maaloula to see the rock-carved houses. Next, we visit Krak des Chevaliers, a historic fortress. The day ends in Homs for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Homs - Palmyra - Hama

After breakfast, we will explore the Palmyra ruins, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will see the Temple of Bel's ruins, the Monumental Arch, and the theatre. The day concludes in Hama.

Day 5: Hama - Aleppo

After breakfast, we will visit Hama's wooden waterwheels before heading to Aleppo. Overnight stay in Aleppo.

Day 6: Aleppo - Damascus

After breakfast, we will visit the Citadel and the Great Mosque of Aleppo, followed by a stroll through the caravanserai and souqs. Overnight in Damascus.

Day 7: Damascus - Anjar - Baalbek

After breakfast, we will cross into Lebanon and visit Anjar, then travel to Baalbek to explore its Roman remains. We will stop at a vineyard in Ksara before arriving in Beirut for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Byblos - Tripoli

After breakfast, we will visit Byblos and then head to Tripoli. We will explore significant historical sites and return to Beirut for the night.

Day 9: Beirut

After breakfast, transfer to the airport in Beirut for your flight.
