San Sebastian is a unique, beautiful corner of northern Spain. The most entertaining and comfortable way to see it is from a train carriage. You'll discover why everyone falls in love with this city and its famous Concha beach.

San Sebastian Tourist Train

The San Sebastian tourist train begins its journey in the heart of the city, specifically in Miramar Street, in front of Alderdi Eder Parkea.

Along the journey, you'll witness landmarks and places that make this Basque city a favorite tourist destination. The route includes the Bay of La Concha, considered one of the most beautiful urban beaches in the world, and the Island of Santa Clara. The journey also offers views of Mount Urgull, and passes the Miramar Palace, and the Cathedral of the Good Shepherd, as well as the Victoria Eugenia Theatre before returning to the starting point.

Every passenger on this two-car train will have access to a multi-language audio guide with descriptions of the landmarks along the route.

Schedule & frequency

The San Sebastian tourist train runs all year round from 10:15 am to 4:15 pm (until 6:15 pm during July, August, September, and October).
