Beautiful beaches, unique rock formations and fishing villages await on our Zumaia, Zarautz & Getaria Day Trip. We'll set off from San Sebastian and spend the day exploring Guipuzkoa's coastline.

Zumaia, Zarautz & Getaria Day Trip

At the agreed time, we'll meet at San Sebastian Bus Station and hop on a minibus. We'll leave the city behind and head for Guipuzkoa's coastline to start our day trip.

After a 30-minute drive, we'll stop at the viewpoint of Mount Talaimendi, offering views of Guipuzkoa's coastline and the town of Zarautz.

Next, we'll visit Zarautz to experience its atmosphere and learn about its history before continuing on the minibus.

We'll then travel west to Getaria, the birthplace of designer Balenciaga. At Malkorbe Beach, we'll admire the coastal scenery and the small island off the coast. This area is historically significant as the birthplace of navigator Juan Sebastián Elcano.

Our last stop will be Zumaia, where we'll stroll along San Telmo Beach (Itzurum) to see the outstanding flysch rock formations. The beach is also recognized for its connection to Game of Thrones.

The day trip concludes between 4 and 4.5 hours after it begins, returning you to the starting point.
