Beautiful beaches, unique rock formations and fishing villages await on our Zumaia, Zarautz & Getaria Day Trip. We'll set off from San Sebastian and spend the day exploring Guipuzkoa's coastline.

Zumaia, Zarautz & Getaria Day Trip

At the agreed time, we'll meet at San Sebastian Bus Station and hop on a minibus. We'll leave the city and head for Guipuzkoa's coastline to start our day trip.

After a 30-minute drive, we'll stop at the viewpoint of Mount Talaimendi, offering views of Guipuzkoa's coastline and the town of Zarautz. Bring your camera.

Next, we'll visit Zarautz to explore its streets and learn about its history before returning to the minibus.

We'll travel to Getaria, the birthplace of designer Balenciaga. At Malkorbe Beach, we'll take time to admire the coastal scenery, including a small island and the coastal ascent of Getaria. This area is linked to navigator Juan Sebastián Elcano.

Our final stop will be in Zumaia, where you'll find San Telmo Beach. We'll stroll along Itzurum beach to discover unique flysch rock formations, a notable geological site. Fans of Game of Thrones will recognize this beach as Daenerys's conquest planning spot.

The day trip concludes between 4 and 4 and a half hours after starting, with a return to the starting point.
