Discounts on public transport

The Dresden Regio Card acts as a ticket for local public transport, valid for 1, 2, or 3 days, until 4 am the following day. The card offers discounts of up to 10% on tram and bus travel within the Elbe region, as well as for the Dresden suspension railway, Kirnitzschtal tramway, and Weißeritztalbahn railway.

How does it work?

The card is activated upon your first use in any museum, exhibition, or transport service, becoming valid for 24, 48, or 72 hours, based on your selection. For example, activating a 48-hour card on Monday at 2:30 pm makes it valid until Wednesday at 2:30 pm.

Collecting your card

Collect your Dresden Regio Card at the following tourist information points:

Frauenkirche tourist information point: QF-Passage offices, Neumarkt, 2, open Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm, Saturday until 6 pm, and Sunday until 3 pm.Central Station tourist information point: Weiner Platz, 4, open Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 9 pm.
