Ahlan Meet and Greet on Arrival at Terminal 1 and 3

Your escort will be waiting for you once you have passed through the "Arrival Gate", close to the aircraft, just after the aerobrige.

Once you have met, you will be escorted to Ahlan’s dedicated passport control counter for a fast track service. After immigration formalities are done, you will be taken to the baggage carousel area where you will pick up your luggage before being led to the airport exit meeting point. Here, your service will come to an end.

• The Guest Service Agent will remain with the Passenger for a maximum of 10 minutes after exit from the Airport. It is the responsibility of the organization/person making the booking to ensure that his representative is at the airport on time to meet the Passenger.
