How Does it Work?

All you need is an unlocked phone, and we'll take care of the rest. When you pick up the SIM card from the shop at Dubai Airport, we'll activate it for you, and you can start using the internet.

When booking, you can choose one of the following options:

Pickup Info

You can pick up your SIM card from the Etisalat store counter in the arrival areas of Terminals 1, 2 and 3 at Dubai International Airport. The counters are open 24 hours a day.

Restrictions

The UAE regulations restrict the use of VoIP services, limiting communication options to text-based services such as WhatsApp and Viber. Currently, video and voice call functions within these applications are not allowed.

Please note that only one SIM card can be issued per passport of a person over 18 years of age.
