How Does it Work?

All you need is an unlocked phone, and we'll take care of the rest. When you pick up the SIM card from the shop at Dubai Airport, we'll activate it for you, and you can start using the internet.

Options

When booking, you can choose one of the following options:

24-hour card: 10GB of mobile data for 24 hours4GB card: 4GB of mobile data and 30 minutes of local and international calls for 28 days6GB card: 6GB of mobile data and 30 minutes of local and international calls for 28 days10GB card: 10GB for internet use and 60 minutes of local and international calls for 28 days13GB card: 13GB for internet use and 120 minutes of local and international calls for 28 days22.5GB card: 22.5GB of internet data and 525 minutes of local and international calls for 28 days7-day card with unlimited gigabytes: Unlimited internet use and 100 minutes of local and international calls for 7 days14-day card with unlimited gigabytes: Unlimited internet use and 300 minutes of local and international calls for 14 days

Pickup Info

You can pick up your SIM card from the Etisalat store counter in the arrival areas of Terminals 1, 2 and 3 at Dubai International Airport. The counters are open 24 hours a day.

Restrictions

The UAE regulations restrict the use of VoIP services, limiting communication options to text-based services such as WhatsApp and Viber. Video and voice call functions are not allowed.

Please note that only one SIM card can be issued per passport of a person over 18 years of age.
