Tour Details

Meet at the Molly Malone statue on Suffolk Street in Dublin. The tour begins with a coach ride to eastern Ireland's historic sites.

After a 40-minute drive, arrive at the Hill of Tara, a ceremonial and burial site linked to the High Kings of Ireland. Visitors will see key features like the Coronation Stone and the An Forradh monument.

Continue 30 minutes to Trim Castle, the largest Anglo-Norman fortress in Ireland, where a guide will provide insights into the well-preserved 12th-century ruins.

Next, a 50-minute drive leads to Loughcrew, known for its Megalithic passage tombs from 3000 BC. Enjoy the views from this highest point in the county.

After a 15-minute coach ride, reach Fore Distillery to learn about the production of spirits like Golden Irish Rum and Irish Poitín. A tasting session is included, and visitors can purchase lunch on-site or bring a packed lunch.

Visit Fore Abbey, established by Saint Fechin in the 7th century, and learn about its history and significance, including being set on fire 12 times.
