Discover the rugged beauty of the west of Ireland on this day trip to the Aillwee Caves and the Cliffs of Moher from Dublin. We'll enjoy a boat trip along the wild Atlantic coast.

Description

We'll meet at the Molly Malone statue on Suffolk Street in Dublin at the designated time. After boarding the bus and meeting your guide and fellow travelers, we will depart westward. Along the way, you'll see quaint villages, lush countryside, and some castle ruins.

Our first stop will be the Aillwee Caves, exploring this impressive cave system, the oldest caves in Ireland, dating back 330 million years. We will travel 850 meters below ground to see rock formations, waterfalls, and historic bear hibernation chambers.

Next, we'll embark on an hour-long boat ride along the Cliffs of Moher, providing a different perspective of the cliffs.

After the boat ride, you will have the chance to walk along the top of the Cliffs of Moher, enjoying views and visiting the visitor center to learn more about the area's history and geology.

Finally, we'll return to Dublin, arriving after approximately 12.5 hours.

During the winter season (November to March), the boat tour will be replaced by a birds of prey experience. We will visit a conservation center and Bunrraty Castle, dating back to 1425.
