The exhibition is also dedicated to the legacy of Henri Willig, born in Katwoude, a town just 10 minutes from Edam. He took over his parents' dairy farm in 1974 and, along with his wife, began producing high-quality cheese daily. Today, one of the most prestigious brands of Edam cheese bears his name.
