A True Scottish Experience

Experience Scottish culture firsthand at Byblos Restaurant, located at 1 Chambers St, EH1 1HR. The evening starts with a traditional Scottish piper welcoming you, followed by a photo opportunity.

Next, enjoy a three-course dinner featuring traditional Scottish dishes, with a children's menu available for those under 12. The dinner is complemented by a Scottish folk concert performed by a local duo, showcasing the rich history of Scottish music.

Concluding the dinner, guests will learn about the history of whiskey while toasting with this classic drink, along with the song Aud Lang Syne. For those who prefer, a taste of the popular Scottish soft drink Irn-Bru will also be offered.

The evening lasts approximately 2 to 3 hours, after which the restaurant will remain open for guests to enjoy a coffee or cocktail at their leisure.
