Looking for fun things to do in Edinburgh? Immerse yourself in a unique evening with this Scottish folk dinner and concert—a delightful experience from beginning to end!

A True Scottish Experience

To truly understand Scottish culture, you must experience it firsthand.

The adventure kicks off at the scheduled time at Byblos Restaurant, located at 1 Chambers St, EH1 1HR. A traditional Scottish piper awaits to welcome guests, starting the experience.

Following the reception and a photo opportunity, guests proceed to the dining room for a three-course dinner featuring typical Scottish fare with seasonal variations. A children's menu is available for those under 12, making it suitable for all ages.

Throughout dinner, enjoy the sounds of an exhilarating Scottish folk concert presented by a local duo, exploring the rich history of Scottish music.

At the end of dinner, the experience concludes with an explanation of the history of whiskey accompanied by a toast using this centenary drink, while listening to the classic song Aud Lang Syne. An alternative option to taste the popular Scottish soft drink Irn-Bru will also be available.

After 2 to 3 hours, the evening will end, but the restaurant will remain open for guests to enjoy coffee or cocktails independently.
