Tour Details
We will meet at the Johnnie Walker shop on Princes Street at the indicated time to commence our tour of Edinburgh's most popular tourist attractions.
We will first head to Charlotte Square, followed by Rose Street and George Street, sharing surprising facts about Edinburgh, including information on the Hotel Balmoral and the Scott Monument.
Next, we will visit the National Gallery of Scotland, featuring works by prominent Scottish artists such as Sir Henry Raeburn, Alexander Nasmyth, and the Glasgow Boys & Girls.
Participants will have free time for lunch in a restaurant in the city center. Afterward, we will explore the Old Town, visiting Greyfriars Kirkyard, the Royal Mile, and St Giles' Cathedral.
The tour will conclude with a visit to Edinburgh Castle, where a guided tour of the interior includes St Margaret's Chapel, the prisons, the Great Hall, and the One O'Clock Gun.
After a 5 to 5.5-hour tour of Edinburgh and its history, we will conclude at the Castle exit.
