25 May Estancia Private Bike Tour

Enjoy the most beautiful landscapes surrounding El Calafate with this private bike tour of the Estancia 25 de Mayo. You will also enjoy a delicious local lunch.

Tour Details

Pick-up from your hotel in El Calafate is at 9 am, after which we will travel in 4x4 vehicles to the 25 de Mayo Estancia. The journey includes crossing the valley of the Calafate stream to the starting point of our bike tour.

The bike route spans a total of 10 miles, with several stops made at a pace that suits the group. During the tour, we will discuss the local fauna of Patagonia, which may include guanacos, foxes, chokes, condors, and eagles, typical of the Estancia 25 de Mayo area.

We will leave the Guanaco Valley and pedal to a chenque, an old Tehuelche burial place. Here, we will take in the views of the Verilka and Baguales hills.

The tour concludes with a local lunch featuring lamb confit, a selection of cheeses, and chocolate mousse. You will be dropped off at your hotel at 2 pm.
