El Calafate Balcony ATV Trip

Argentino Lake, the Stone Labyrinth, and the Stone of the Hats are natural sights on this ATV tour of the balconies of El Calafate.

Tour Details

We will collect you from your hotel at the scheduled time and start our ATV trip through the Huyliche mountain range to the balconies of El Calafate. We will reach elevations of 1,100 meters above sea level for views over the Andes Mountains, the Southern Patagonian Ice Field, the steppe, and Lake Argentino.

After a photo stop at Cerro Huyliche, we will take a short hike to the El Calafate Balconies for an informational talk about the geography and geology of Cerro Fitz Roy, Lake Argentino, and the Perito Moreno Glacier.

We will descend in a 4x4 vehicle and visit Estancia Huyliche, a 1920s cattle ranch. Here, you can enjoy lunch or a snack depending on your tour schedule.

Lunch and dinner include a meat empanada, beef casserole, chocolate brownie, mineral water, juice, and a glass of Santa Julia Malbec red wine. An upgrade to Premium wine is available. The snack includes coffee, tea, juice, and homemade cakes. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are also available.

After 4 hours of exploration, we will return to El Calafate and drop you off at your hotel.
