El Chalten and Mirador Condores Trip

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from your hotel in El Calafate to set off along the famous Route 40, passing through landscapes around Lake Argentino and the Santa Cruz and La Leona rivers.

After a brief stop by La Leona, we will continue alongside Lake Viedma and the Andes Mountains, reaching the mountain village of El Chaltén. Here, we will visit the Interpretation Centre and start a gentle hike lasting about an hour and a quarter.

The trail leads us to the Mirador de los Cóndores viewpoint, offering panoramic views of Cerro Torre and Mount Fitz Roy along with the surrounding glacial landscapes.

After taking photos, we will return to El Chaltén for lunch at a local restaurant, including a main course and a non-alcoholic beverage. Following lunch, we will take a 30-minute hike to the Chorrillo del Salto waterfall. Bring your camera to capture the scenery.

After visiting the waterfall, we will return to El Chaltén for one hour of free time before heading back to El Calafate. The arrival at your hotel is scheduled for between 8 and 9 pm.
