Kayaking in El Calafate

Discover the magnificent Perito Moreno Glacier. Kayak through Los Glaciares National Park and explore this unique natural environment.

Activity Details

At the scheduled time, we will meet at the designated point next to Los Glaciares National Park. We will explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site and admire the Perito Moreno Glacier.

Upon reaching the glacier shores, we will prepare with thermal suits, dry suits, boots, and gloves. Instructors will provide a brief rowing theory class and cover basic safety rules.

Next, we will climb into the kayaks for about an hour and a half of kayaking enjoyment, offering a unique view of the glacier. Following this, there will be a hot drink in a cabin. After warming up, you will have one hour to explore the glacier or enjoy a picnic.

The activity concludes after four hours when we return to the meeting point.

Transport & Lunch Option

During booking, you can opt for hotel pickup and drop-off. If selected, pickup from your El Calafate accommodation will occur one and a half hours before the activity begins. This option includes lunch and extends the tour duration to seven hours.
