Santa Cruz River Kayak Tour

After picking you up at your hotel in El Calafate at 9 am, we will head in a 4x4 vehicle to the banks of the Santa Cruz River. There, the kayaks will be waiting for us to begin our tour of the river.

Before we enter the water, we will explain basic safety notions and teach you how to paddle correctly.

After paddling for an hour and a half, we will enjoy the landscapes of the Santa Cruz River and discuss the diverse wildlife in this part of Argentinean Patagonia. We will share fascinating facts about Charles Darwin and his expedition in the area.

We will reach the El Rincón estancia, where we will exit the kayaks and enjoy a delicious lunch on the river bank. The meal will consist of a provocleta with tomato, salad, beef filet, and a chocolate mousse, accompanied by a refreshing drink.

Once we have eaten, we will board the 4x4 vehicle again and conclude the tour by returning you to your hotel at 2 pm.
