Santa Cruz River Kayak Tour

After picking you up at your hotel in El Calafate at 9 am, we will head in a 4x4 vehicle to the banks of the Santa Cruz River. There, the kayaks will be waiting for us to begin our tour of the river.

Before we start, we will explain basic safety notions and teach you how to paddle correctly during this adventure.

After paddling for an hour and a half, we will appreciate the landscapes of the Santa Cruz River and discuss the diverse wildlife that inhabits this part of Argentinean Patagonia. Charles Darwin studied this area, and we will share fascinating facts about his expedition.

We will reach the El Rincón estancia, where we will get out of the kayaks and enjoy a delicious lunch on the river bank. The meal will consist of a provocleta with tomato, salad, beef filet, and a chocolate mousse, accompanied by a refreshing drink.

After the meal, we will board the 4x4 vehicle again and conclude the tour by dropping you at your hotel at 2 pm.
