Have you ever been to a bar made of ice? El Calafate's Yeti Ice Bar offers an original experience in a freezing, but pleasing atmosphere – you’ll feel like you’re in a real igloo!

Will you brave the cold for a unique experience in El Calafate's first ice bar? We’ll be ready and waiting for you in the Yeti Ice Bar!

Upon arrival, you will enter the Warm Bar, featuring a polar-themed decoration. The temperature will drop to 5 degrees as you proceed to the next room. A member of the Ice Bar team will provide you with layers and gloves for protection against the cold. Then, you will venture into the Yeti cave!

The cave is at minus 10 degrees. The floor, walls, and bar are made of ice. You can spend 25 minutes taking pictures next to the Yeti sculpture and enjoy a drink (with general admission) or utilize the open bar (with Open Bar admission). The menu includes vodka and other liqueurs from El Calafate, along with juggling acts by the waiters and music to enhance the experience.

After the cave, you may stay in the Warm Bar for as long as you wish, enjoying a selection of cocktails and sushi.

Opening Times

The Ice Bar opens Monday to Sunday, 4:30 pm to midnight. The warm bar also closes at midnight.

Children

Minors can access the Ice Bar, but alcoholic beverages will not be served to them.
